Excel ignores the set manual page breaks due to conflicting page setup.
Cause:
This behavior occurs because the 'Fit to' option in the 'Page Setup' dialog box is selected. When this option is selected, Excel ignores the set manual page breaks and prints the worksheet on the number of pages specified in the 'Pages wide by' box.
Solution:
Use the 'Page Setup...' command in the 'File' menu, click the 'Page' tab, and select the 'Adjust to' option to use set manual page breaks when printing.
To select the 'Adjust to' option:
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup...'. (The Page Setup dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Page' tab.
3) Select the 'Adjust to' radio button in the 'Scaling' group.
